What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the service you chose and your message. The 3D planners run in your browser; their settings are only sent to us if you choose to send a plan through the contact form.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to discuss the work you asked about. We don’t sell your details or use them for advertising.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are stored in this website’s database, which only Renas IT staff can access through a password-protected admin area. To limit spam we store a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, not the address itself.

Cookies

The site uses a session cookie to protect the contact form against misuse, and a cookie that remembers the language you chose. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you sent us at any time.
